Beach body?!?

oh dont ask me lol, as soon as I say Im being good thats it. I rebel and consume even more then I would of before I even started. havent been able to get to gym in 2 weeks due to a lack of childcare. 2 weeks we land and Im sooo out of shape and also the whitest shade of pale which really helps the ego! hopefully some buff hunks will be along soon to give us some tips haha xxx

Well, as it's only 4 weeks until I'm on a beach and 8 weeks until we arrive in Oz I'm on a mission to improve my beach body lol! All the stress in the last few years and middle age is not helping so if you have any tips for getting into shape I'd love to hear them!!!!

 

If you have time, check out a book called 'Crunch time' by Michelle Bridges, she's an Aussie personal trainer made 'famous' on Australia's biggest loser. It's a 12 week diet and exercise program to change your mindset and lifestyle. Even if you only did some of the workouts, some of the time, I reckon you would see results.

Only 4 weeks until we leave really need to get my act together and do some activities now the brighter nights are here. Hope my new outdoor lifestyle will give me fresh motivation to get outside and go walking and running and eat loads of nice healthy food - can't wait :-)

That will be me then Deb, sat in my yashmak so I don't frighten anyone showing my bare flesh....or get accidently harpooned.by a passing Japanese whaling boat...:)
