Barney & Harriet aged 7.... Like you say Aligard, we too bump into lots of people who have twins!!...... I have to say, when we first left the UK, they became like best buddies... It was so refreshing to see!! They were completely out of their comfort zones so had to learn to rely on each other for fun and friendship more than ever!.... That said, now they have started school and settled into day to day lfe here, they are back to their usual arguing, fighting and bickering selves!...... It was nice why it lasted i suppose!! :)

I have twins - a boy and a girl, although they are like chalk and cheese. Completely different heights, builds, one has straight hair the other had curly hair, one likes meat and the other pasta...they are complete opposites on the food front. They can play lovely but they also fight and when the older one gets involved all hell can break loose!!!

lol Amy, its good to know we aren't alone !! As for triplets......2 are enough thank you ! lol. Hopefully our boys will be just like your two Amy and settle just as well. When we first told them we had our visa's and could now go, we had tears and Joe said - " I will do everything in my powers not to go". We sat down afterwards in shock and said "that went well" !!!! Now they have had time to take it all in and have totally warmed to the idea and now tell us they want to go and are showing us things to do in Perth on the tablets, even picking houses to buy !! I am going to have to find a bloody good job to fund all this ....lol I am worried a little about how they will adjust to the heat, they have never been in temps as high as Perth gets, but I guess it will be a case of time and getting use to it. Hopefully we'll be coming over July/ Aug ish all depending on the house selling. It will be cooler then and they'll have some time to adjust before it gets really hot again.

It would be good to meet up with you all Amy :)

Yes, definitely have to all meet up!... Aligard, at least if you come around July/August, the heat won't be intense!.... We were lucky, we arrived on the Monday after they had over 40 degree heat the Saturday before!!... We also made the mistake of underestimating the sun in the first couple of weeks... Unfortunately we learnt the hard way! But once again, the kids soon adapted to the heat!.... So much so, if the temp dipped below 28 degrees, they would say... It's not that warm today is it?!!....ridiculous!!! Aligard, where are you heading to when you get here? Xx

We are looking South of Perth, Mandurah, Bunbury....all depends on where we can find work really, so all our planning will probably fly right out of the window once we arrive !! Where are you living Amy ?

We're heading SOR too and will be based around rockingham/ mandurah area. Amy's that way but I'll let her tell you where  . My twins are 7 and will turn 8 on route to Perth. So sounds as if we'll not be too far from one another and kids are similar ages so a meet up should definitely be on the cards!

Hi Maitwo, Our boys have always been in the same classes and are doing really well. Don't think they would be to bothered if they went in different classes. They do like there own space from time to time and totally understand what you mean by being totally different :)
