Movecube ins

we decided not to take it as it only covered loss of the whole movecube (which we figured is pretty unlikely) not individual items it as it is self pack. We didn't have anything in it overly valuable anyway. There was a box on the form that I ticked to opt out of the insurance but when we got the invoice afterwards it had included the insurance, after hubby ringing and explaining that we had selected the no insurance option they then said that sheet of paper was missing, how convenient!

we still haven't had an updated invoice so just deducted the amount and paid the rest ourselves as it has already been a week and a half since they took the cube away and we don't want it delayed any longer.

We paid for total loss @ $120 and didn't insure for damages etc.... We got our move cube delivered a few weeks ago on time and with no problems from seven seas.... When we unloaded our items we found that customs had taken things out to check but let everything through.... The only problem is the reloaded it and damaged my very expensive Italian oak desk and some Laura Ashley lamp shades.... We don't hold seven seas at fault as they have been fantastic throughout.... Everything on time, very helpful and we'll worth the money.... I we knew they would be so careless at customs we would have insured for damages....
