anybody used Concept Australia?

Hi, as it says in the title, has anyone used a migration company called Concept Australia? I spoke to a friend of mine on skype who lives in Greenwood who told me it's the firm he used on the recommendation of a friend of his and he has since recommended them to another mutual friend, so all seems good, but with something as big as this you can never do too much research. The more first hand accounts I hear, good or bad, the better.

I see they're MARA registered, so that's a good start

I contacted them amongst others when I was first setting out, the guy I spoke to seemed very clued up and up to date with all the changed but there costs were extortionate compared to others I contacted for the same end result.

They are absolutely AMAZING! I can't sing Steve and Martin's praises enough. They were so professional and at the same time personable and easy going. The whole process was far easier than I anticipated, and that really is down to them and how simple they make it for you. They really were fantastic, and such nice fellas to deal with too. They're based in the Manchester office, but I've read similar feedback about the other office too.
