Now Mrs p is the sponsored applicant, I'm just tagging along for the ride as her spouse so do I need to complete one of these too? There are sections on the form for spouse and children's details and the guidance in the Immi website states; "Completed Form 80 Personal particulars for assessment including character assessment for all applicants over the age of 16" It just seems a little odd that I would need to do this as it wasn't necessary for the 457 as I wasn't regarded as the 'applicant'. JMG79 Posted May 12, 2014 Report Share Posted May 12, 2014 Hi, You will Both need to fill in the Form 80, I think somewhere on the immi website it specifies which applicents need to fill it in. If I recall from our application we had to complete it for my wife and myself, myself being the main aplicant but not for the children as they were dependants and under a certain age. We completed ours in advance but then they were not requested, I think the form 80 was harder than the actual application itself!! lol….. I dont know how they specify who needs to submit a form 80 and who does not it would be intresting to know why it is needed, as it only repeated what was on all the other documentaion we submited.
