Conky
Hi, Does anyone have any experience picking between these 2 skill selects? My fiancé is a charted electrical engineer but has been operating in a senior management role for circa 4 years. We are unsure which will be most required for visa approval and what will be needed in terms of evidence for the management role. Any advice would be much appreciated. Many thanks, Ria
Nic964
I would suggest you stick with the engineering role to get your visa. Its far easier to prove qualifications. I'm a chemical engineer, and was also an engineering manager. My degree etc made getting a skilled migration visa very straightforward. I've been an engineer here in WA for 20 months now, and am gravitating back to being a manager, but in terms of getting a visa and my first job, then engineering won. Hope that helps Nick
