portlaunay
Trying to shake off this man-flu. When my son caught it, it was just a cough but he managed to mutate it before it hit his sister and she's done the same so by the time it hit me it had turned really nasty. Right now it's akin to botulism, ebola, meningitis, typhoid, malaria and that zombie death thing from 28 Days Later. I'm a fighter though so please don't worry anyone, I'll pull through. If anyone's passing with a bottle of Ron Zacapa or that really nice 37 year old Lagavulin either one might just take the edge off though Edited June 1, 2014 by portlaunay

Give me a break!
Working! Walking woofers though so I won't feel like I'm working. Then I'm going to weed the garden and clean the pool. Then do an hours keep fit . Take my dog to the beach , then crash
82rhoads
Off to the John Forrest national park. The waterfalls should be flowing nicely after all the rain!
Arwen
Daughter starts 2 weeks work experience tomorrow so we are off shopping for suitable clothing!! I hate shopping and if you add a 16 year old it is doubly unpleasant!!
Nikkis2000
Wow - it seems that a WA day late breakfast at your local coffee shop (yep I'm in Rob's favourite!) is the thing to do. It's packed in here and they've run out of tea!!

Arwen
What's she going to be doing Arwen? She's in her old primary school for 2 weeks. She wants to be a youth worker but due to the nature of the work and confidentiality issues it is nigh on impossible to get work experience in that field. She's looking forward to it. After seeing this comment we ended up there too. Was a lovely walk along the heritage trail. had a pint at the tavern and then walked back. Going to a BBQ now. Was a lovely walk along the heritage trail. had a pint at the tavern and then walked back. Going to a BBQ now. It was a pretty good day to go up there. The falls were more of a trickle but the area beautiful all the same. The old railway tunnel was pretty spooky for the kids
