Employment.

Wrote on here a little while ago about wanting to set up on my own and in fact I've formed a partnership with someone and it looks very much like we've secured our first contract. It's a small beginning but has lots of scope for development and it's certainly one of the coolest things I will ever have done.

(Didn't mean to steal the limelight VS, just thought I should add to restore the PP equilibrium)

I've spent 10 years working for myself in the UK and it's mainly been good and has grown and been a successful enterprise. But 10 years is a long time,something like 15 years work and it's taken it's toll. One marriage 3 dvt's (obviously these have had no direct association with hard work) and a whole lot of hassle. But I would encourage anyone to start up their own business as the rewards can be great.

Despite the ramble,Port and Lemon good luck with it enjoy the process

Well done, that is fantastic news! What are you actually doing? I'm impressed you started it so soon after thinking about it. No procrastination there then!

Thanks, I'm working in a small organisation specialising in augmented reality/virtual reality. They needed someone with a range of skills and I had them so I'm now a partner and project director and it's fantastic.

Well done mate! Good news alround, Big Bad Barry is back on the road!! Woohoo!

Just in time for winter then. I'm still on the look out for a Cube but when I find one I'll get some pics up. I'm still liking this one though;

Ehh? No idea what that means. As far as I'm concerned that could be an acid trip promo company. Please explain. Whatever it is though, I'm really pleased for you, as you are clearly so happy. Well done.
