Nic964
Hi everyone I've commented on plenty of other peoples questions, but this is a first for me. Time for some peoples thoughts / advice in 2010 myself and my family gained skilled migration Visas. Myself and my wife moved here in 2012, the two kids staying on in the UK to continue education. My eldest has now had her first daugther and is getting married next month, but is still in the UK. She now wants to move out here, and finish her unit education here in WA. My question is whats the best way to get visa's for her son and soon to be husband? We could apply for visa whilst they are all in the UK, but as she doesnt have a job etc out here, then it will be difficult to proove she can sponsor her husband / child? We could get the two of them out here on visitors visas, and then apply from here, but the likelihood is that their visas would expire before the case was reviewed, and hopefully approved? Any thoughts / comments / experiences appreciated. P.S the other complicating factor is that here visa expired in Feb 2015, so it doesnt leave much time to act. Thanks Nick
ROB T
Best advice would be to speak to a registered migration agent/lawyer. They will give you their assessment of your situation and the initial consultation should not cost you.
