<Dan>
I first went nearly 8 years ago. At the time I went with a mate and left my now wife at home as it was booked before we met. When I went we had only been together 6 months and shes really scared of heights and no idea if it would last. I said to myself 'If I get her here and up this helix tower, I would purpose to her at the top' thinking that it would never happen. 3 or so years later, I managed to get her to Perth and up the tower, only one thing to do. I had to ask her. To be fair to her, she would have said anything to get the hell down again!! Now been married for 2 years (I think) or nearly 3... and finally moving out in 153 days, 13 hours and 12 minutes.
