<Dan>
I have emailed a senior school for our eldest and they have asked if we are 'a local resident fee-paying visa, or an international fee paying visa'. Does anyone know what that means? I have emailed our agent who did our visas a few years ago, but it is the weekend and I am typically impatient. We have a Skilled Sponsored Subclass 176 visa. Any help or links would be great. Dan
steven_gers
Can't give u a definite answer but, if tmur visa type makes you a permanent resident then I'd guess you would be classed as a "local" and will pay what citizens pay. If its not a permanent visa then you'd pay higher fee I guess? But when u find out let us all know. Pretty interesting
DyLeB
You will be classed as local resident, children on 457 visas or dependents on student visas would be classed as international fee paying as they are temp visas.
