Case Officer?? Medcials?? How do you know?

After submitting their visa application I've seen people make reference to being allocated a Case Officer, unless they contact you to request information how do you know you've got one?

 

Also how can I see from my immiaccount that our medicals have been uploaded? I understand that they are done electronically but does this then feed into our record on the immiaccount?

You don,t no you have got a case officer until they send you a formal email introducing them selves and asking for more information or asking you to organise you police check and medicals they will be in touch about a month after you submit your application once they are happy with

We submitted my girlfriends application end of Feb and roughly end of March was asked for one more piece if info then a couple of weeks after was asked to booked medical but not before 4th July but she could not get anytime off in July so had medicals done 6th June which was not a problem

apparently your account is looked at once a week and any info you supply is then processed and you don,t get to know you Medical results unless there is something seriously wrong

if you've done your police check and medicals and uploaded both then the next you'll hear from them is visa grant unless they need something more. They won't contact you to introduce themselves or anything line that. They will only contact you if they have to.
