no1mum
Hi , Is there anybody out there who has recently submitted an ARTC licence application with regard to be a commercial electrician? We are in the process of completing our application, but need some advice from anyone who has done one recently. Our previous employment statements for the TRA assessment for PR visas can no longer be considered for ARTC as they are over 12 months old. We have to submit Stat Decs as previous employers are now not trading and last one will not submit reference as was not happy OH left their employment, but the application has to be consideration ready and is $940. In the event of failing to provide correct info the application is refused and no refund, so looking for some help to just check it over with us. Happy to reimburse for time spent going through it with us. Also looking for any current books on WA electrical regs (second hand) to support us when ARTC comes through, as will then have to enrol in course for WA licencing. no1mum
Thanks Deb, To think we had four years of paperwork to getting the PR visa and TRA assessment only to have to do it all again to get a licence to even be able to apply to go to college to get OH qualifications recognised!!! At this rate I will be able to open an advisory centre as a full time job for all new electrician migrants lol.
