GreenFamily
We are debating weather or not to use a migration agent for our 189 visa application. Seen a few posts where people are saying they have been rejected doing it on their own. Anyone been rejected using a migration agent? verystormy
I have never seen anyone rejected using an agent - except for a medical issue that wasnt known. A good agent should be able to tell you of any likely problems and offer any possible solutions prior to lodging.

I suppose it depends on your agent, I got rejected by TRA using an agent, passed on the same information for TRA to Go Matilda and passed with flying colours, so go figure, choose your agent wisely ...........................
