Rental or House share wanted, Maylands, Bayswater or Victoria Park area

Hi I am a 50 year old professional woman looking to house share or rent. I friend recommended I try this site. Thankfully I was not required to reveal my nationality! I am not a Pom, although I do have English ancestry - does that count?!

Iam interested in house sharing to allow me to visit my father in the Costa Rica. I have a steady income so noproblems paying rent and utilities on time. I am quite house proud and love to garden. I am friendly but enjoy my own space aswell. I usually go out with friends atthe weekend. During the week I dovolunteer work twice a week and help my son walk his dog a few times a week –so I usually don’t get home til later in the evening. I agree with you. Jennifer, never post your personal details or sensitive information for your own protection. Though I am thankful to your friend that he/she refer to this site. There's a lot of forums here regarding on your concern. Or yes! You can search on gumtree...

Thank you for your advice. I have already posted requests on three other flat search sites as well as gumtree (gumtree being the least productive after this one!) as well as newspapers and generally spreading the word. So I think I've pretty much exhausted all the options!
