wild rose
I understand that you must provide evidence of the points as stated in your EOI at the time you're invited so I *think* as long as you've received an invitation and submitted your application before you're birthday you should be ok. Are you applying for a 189? Edited August 17, 2014 by wild rose

Yes we are applying for the 189, thanks for that it is what I thought but you just panic don't you don't want anything to go wrong at this point when it's took so long to get here. DyLeB
Your points will be assessed with the score on dAy of invitation. It won't matter if you have birthday after you have been invited.
verystormy
If you have claimed 8 for ILETS you need that score at time of submission. If don't, then your application will be refused and money lost.
