Due to continued growth and another recent acquisition a position has become available in our most northern town in WA. This unique role combines both Residential and Community care and comes fully equipped with car, home and dedicated team.

. The position involves:

 

• Ensuring high quality care is delivered in both Residential and Community Settings
  
• Recruitment, training and ongoing assessment of staff
  
• Manage the ACFI appraisal process
  
• Adhering to planned budgets
  
• Positively promote organisational policies, missions and values
  

You need:

 

• The ability to communicate at all levels
  
• Effectively build relationships, gain trust and earn respect
  
• Be an AHPRA registered nurse
  
• Display leadership attributes and proven problem solving abilities
  
• Possess working knowledge of the ACFI funding process and related documentation
  
• To have a desire to live in a remote area of WA
