hi, we've had no real problem with rentals. We're just viewing too, got it down to three just need to decide. Some rental agencies seem better than others. TJ hooker (as my oh calls them) you have to book viewing online but ok. Some just say we'll get back to you when there's more people but never do. There doesn't seem to be a lot of people going round at the same time. We've only ever seen one other person on the open viewings. Where are you looking?

forgot to say, they won't let you rent without viewing. They take your name when you view.

We contacted the real estate agent of a house we drove by and liked the look of. They arranged a private viewing the next day and it was ours basically. They went through all the paperwork with us and were great. Unfortunately they don't exist anymore and were bought out. Might still be worth ringing and asking for a viewing ?

Weve found TJ hooker the worse up till now we went in the other day and told us the house we were looking at wasn't on their books when it clearly was we are looking at Meadow springs but are trying to get a 2 story like 1 near the golf course but Harcourts won't make us an appointment to view it!!!

  • 1 month later...

Hi, I am planning to come Mandurah by next month. I will be staying there about a week initially. Can someone advice best place to stay there at a reasonable price. This is my second visit to WA and planning to do settle there.. What are the other things I should be doing first for regional sponsor visa. I am sure, I must do some important things as soon as possible after arriving in Australia. Can some one advice. Thanks in advance.
