gar374
Hi, What job title are you going for and how many points do you have? I think we waited for about a week. We were lucky to get the invite in the first round we were in. Good luck. G

gar374
I'm going as a software engineer @Eng, and managed to get up to 70 points with 20 points for the IELTS. Took me two goes mind and tbh, I didn't think I'd manage it. We we're chuffed to get 7's and then gutted when told we'd really need 70 not 60 points total. Waited months before having another crack at the IELTS, and were again chuffed as well as shocked to get the extra 10 points. Been all systems go since then. I thpught it is only 60? I am a mechanical engineer and targeting 60 points. I thought that would be sufficient?
gar374
Hi Scott, I've just been on and replied to your PM mate. basically, I think you're up against people in your job code. if say 5 people put in an EOI, 4 with 70 and 1 with 60 points and they allocate 4 places, the 4 with 70 will get an invite. If over the next two weeks another 5 people put in EOI's 4 with 70 and 1 with 60 again, they're due to allocate 4 invites, again the 4 with 70 will get picked despite the person with 60 points being in there for longer. If on the other hand they allocate 5 places in the second round it would be the 4 with 70 points plus the person from the first round with 60 as he'd been in longer. Thats my understanding anyway. Good luck Gareth
