We had our second visitor of the season a blue tongued lizard on our patio then when looked there was another one ambling towards it. Our dog spotted it and barked first lizard run and got stuck under the down pipe on the patio. Hubby put on his trainers and motorbike gloves and wiggled it free and it ambled out under the door onto the drive way. I will put pics of it up later as battery had died on my phone so laters people. As long as we dont get another snake will be fine I say another snake we have had one in 2 years. So we have done our eco bit for this year ..........

I remember a crow used to sit in a tree where we stay at our friends in Cott and used to watch me eating my toast tilting its head in anticipation! A few days later I left a small piece on the table and it swooped down and ate it, within a few days it was taking it from my hands, when we left to come back to the UK I had to say 'goodbye'

Experiences like that just cannot be beaten!

We had a huntsman outside last week and a white tail in the bathroom a few days ago...I don't mind spiders but the white tail was so small and in-conspicuous looking, its a bit scary as they have a nasty bite. Think I will have to spray inside the house which I wasn't keen on.

Hubby has one of the big big long fast moving lizards on his site nick named stumpy as he only has half a tail. Hes a vicious sob they catch him and take him way out from the site and release him but the bugger keeps coming back. He was caught 2 months ago and they thought good hes gone gone gone but on hubbys fly out day last week he was poking his head from under his donger hahaha .....
