mrogers
Hi everyone, as my earlier post states we have only been here two weeks so don't know an awful lot. Although i speak to anyone i get the chance to pick their brains. When the weather is like today can anyone recommend any places to go that you can do in half a day? We have a 8 year old daughter so something for her would be ideal. We live in a holiday let at present moving into our long term rental in 2weeks so not had chance to meet new neighbours etc.Thank you, Mark

Lou8670
We did the markets in Freo, pizza lunch and spent an hour or more in the arcade. I wasn't keen but it was good value. We bought a $20 card and the kids went on loads of games. We had so much fun!
Guest Guest13452
I second Aqua at Hillarys. Check out the museum in the CBD as well. Loads of stuff for kids as schools often take students on excursions there.
mrogers
Thanks all, got some great stuff for us to be getting on with when either it's raining or just want a break from the sunshine. Although had 37 years of UK weather so may take a while :-)

We searched sor and nor and ended up settling on alkimos beach. also got mia in school, she starts on Monday. Everything is falling into place, i also have sorted employment which i start in 2 weeks. Life is rosy at the moment, everything running so smoothly it's frightening
