Pompey43
Hi we are coming over for 3 weeks to stay with family and wanted to bring a few gifts from the UK.... Things our family would miss from the UK!! Any ideas? What do you miss in OZ that we could bring?
Ktee
Bisto Crisps Chocolate You could always ask them but in a round about way, say something like "what's Australia like, is there anything you miss"
rpakey
This might seem a little crazy and sensible but I will mention this anyway, we have done this a few times! Pack something that is used every day at home, favourite toy, teddy, train whatever, DONT tell the kids you are taking it away with you Keep it for xmas day and give it to the kids, you will be amazed at how just having something they enjoy from home brings a smile! I know I might sound like a cheapskate, but I was shocked how a simple item brought so much happiness to my boy (of course we purchased new stuff as well, but they got overlooked in the end) Other than that, whatever is small, fits into a suitcase, and is allowed into Oz! rpakey
For our friend in Oz, we bring Tetley tea, marmite, jaffa cakes etc- normal stuff really

ali
I only ask for Nivea combined toner and cleanser and Nivea Australia don't do it, plus a pack of Karvol .... not really pressies though. My kids after so long don't even bother asking for quavers and monster munch now as they sometimes have them in our IGA. Don't forget to declare all food items at customs
