LucaLeon123
Hi guys, Can someone explain to me what 100 points of ID is and how do I get it when we arrive in Perth? Confused over how we get ID to open bank accounts and get a drivers licence etc
Guest Guest13452
Your valid passport will be worth (usually) 70 points. Full birth certificates may also be used. You can use credit cards and bank statements as well. A drivers licence is easy to get. Just pop into the a DoT branch with your valid british one (and your passport) and they'll organise your aussie one for you. I thought you needed more than that Elizabeth to get an ozzy licence, thought you needed an address etc.
Guest Guest13452
I should really be more specific Keefo! Thank you for keeping me on my toes. You need: Current overseas licence Proof of ID (like passport) Proof of WA residential address One document that shows your signature (most drivers licences and passports have this anyway) Money for the application It's pretty straightforward though. Guest Guest13452
Whaaaat? I thought a new application was only around $75, and a 5 year licence is around $125 (when I last paid).
