Your valid passport will be worth (usually) 70 points. Full birth certificates may also be used. You can use credit cards and bank statements as well.

 

A drivers licence is easy to get. Just pop into the a DoT branch with your valid british one (and your passport) and they'll organise your aussie one for you.

I thought you needed more than that Elizabeth to get an ozzy licence, thought you needed an address etc.

I should really be more specific Keefo! Thank you for keeping me on my toes.

 

You need:

Current overseas licence

Proof of ID (like passport)

Proof of WA residential address

One document that shows your signature (most drivers licences and passports have this anyway)

Money for the application

 

It's pretty straightforward though.
