My Client is a family owned Food Manufacturing business based in Bentley with a well-earned reputation for an excellent product range. On their behalf we seek an experienced and organised Accounts Administrator.

Their dedicated team work hard to provide the best.

Daily & Weekly duties:

 

• MYOB daily and weekly entries;
  
• Payroll;
  
• Production of invoicing;
  
• Debtor management;
  
• Customer liaison;
  
• Taking telephone orders;
  
• Processing orders for Production;
  
• General Office duties as required;
  

To be considered for this role you MUST have:

 

• High proficiency in MYOB;
  
• Preparing P&L, balance sheet and producing cashflow reports;
  
• MicroSoft suite conversant Excel,Word, etc;
  
• Data Entry experience with a high level of accuracy;
  
• Experience and maturity to work in a family business with hands on Directors;
  
• Ideally prior experience in a GMP & HACCP / Food business;
  
• Australian citizen or Permanent resident with full work rights;
  
• A safe and mature approach to your work and fellow colleagues;
  

Your daily work hours are from 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday somedays you may finish earlier, other days you may finish later.
