TiredOfLondon
I'm a primary school teacher looking to move to perth on 190 visa. Now that it's on schedule 2 it looks like I need a contract of employment before I can move, but I will only have 28 days to lodge my application once my expression of interest has been accepted. have I got this wrong?? If not, how on earth can you turn round a job offer in 28 days? I'm in a catch 22, schools are telling me to come back when I've got a visa, but I'll need a job in the first place to get a visa. help please! verystormy
Yes, that is unfortunately the way a schedule 2 occupation works. You need a job offer valid for 12 months in order to gain sponsorship. All you can do is apply for jobs.
mamoon86
Hi Verystormy, Please can you tell me that how long do WA authorities take time for reviewing the case as I submitted the job offer in the middle of October but so far have not heard anything from their end.
