We (I say we, the wife did most of it) got the cleaning and clearing all done over the last couple of weeks and the House is now officially on the market. Bit gutted that the valuation is lower than we a) wanted b) hoped for a c) paid for the house. But hey, the exchange rate is better now than when we decided to move so it's all swings and roundabouts I suppose. We've already got a viewing booked for Sunday afternoon. We've got a family coming to see if we'll let them be the new owners of our wee Dog on Saturday, and a Woman lined up who would like to be owned by our cat (cat owners will get that!) odies Posted February 21, 2015 Report Share Posted February 21, 2015 well had a person doing their 3 rd viewing, he is playing us as he knows we are moving to Oz, he wants 2 nights to sleep on our bottom price.
