Hi hoping someone can help me...My husband is currently struggling with a herniated disc in his back and we are getting his MRI results tomorrow which will say whether he needs surgery!! I am looking to apply for visa in December so will know what the situation is with his back then but im hoping it will be sorted but I am worried about whether this would affect us getting our visas!!

Does anybody know if this is something that might stop a visa being granted??

Thanks in advance

You will be fine I had surgery for a herniated disc in October and my visa was granted in February it had no negative effect on my application. Feel for him though! Hope it doesn't require surgery I can't sugar coat it..... Wasn't fun.

Thanks for replying that's great news...still waiting to find out if surgery needed or not!
