stephanie1982
Hi hoping someone can help me...My husband is currently struggling with a herniated disc in his back and we are getting his MRI results tomorrow which will say whether he needs surgery!! I am looking to apply for visa in December so will know what the situation is with his back then but im hoping it will be sorted but I am worried about whether this would affect us getting our visas!! Does anybody know if this is something that might stop a visa being granted?? Thanks in advance
verystormy
Probably not if it is something that can be fixed. They are interested in things that will cause the country to have to pay for on going medical treatment
HoneyJackMonster
You will be fine I had surgery for a herniated disc in October and my visa was granted in February it had no negative effect on my application. Feel for him though! Hope it doesn't require surgery I can't sugar coat it..... Wasn't fun.
