As an uncle of a lad who suffers from Autism and can't talk, I can really say this type of thing makes a difference. We used to have a box of soldiers for him and there would be a lot, when we took one away without him seeing he would know it was missing when it was time to pack away. I've actually called the mentor place late this afternoon to ask them what credentials you need to help out, nobody answered so left a message.
