LoopyLauren
Hi I am getting a bit flapped about how I fit all my important paperwork in my hand luggage ( accommodating x2 wee ones ( one on my lap, with restricted luggage allowance), that will need a lot of crap on the plane, not to mention extra change of clothes for us all etc etc) I am a Nurse, so that means all my Nursing paperwork ( one folder) and then all my certificates ( another folder) Then normal life stuff ( Birth cert's, marriage cert etc) Plus kids stuff, record of immunizations etc.... What other stuff did you consider important enough to put in hand luggage, or did anyone risk the hold for other stuff? Any help gratefully received. Lou8670
We put all our paperwork in my daughters pink roll on case. It weighed 10kg which was fine for the first leg of our journey but when they asked what we had in our hand luggage for the next leg my hubby said it was just a few teddies and lifted the case as if it were feather light! Hehe! They didn't bother to weigh it! We also scanned everything to the iCloud so if we lost it we had a copy. It's a great idea to do this as so many places will accept a scanned copy and you can easily email copies to people if needed.
