verystormy
Maybe if you can tell us more about yourself we can help to see if what they are recommending is correct? Age Any medical issues Occupation Qualifications / experience in occupation What visa you are planning Do you know your points?
Chook
This company rings alarm bells for me. Despite bragging about their 'bank of MARA Consultants', there is not one listed, there is no MARA logo and no link to the MARA site. Other visa companies with registered agents tend to have this information clearly available on their websites. Not one Seminar is actually listed on the calendar for the whole year. There are a lot of big claims made throughout this website, but very little to back them up. I did note that Emigrate Australia Ltd is managed by VP Media in Gibraltar. Google search Violet Popsicle Media and Alistair Markham Global Visas. Could be a coincidence of course but it is concerning. You should call them and ask to speak with one of their registered agents. If none are available then ask for their names and registration numbers for future reference. benj1980
There have been comments made about them elsewhere as not a MARA agency and work under many different names like Teach Australia, it may be on PIO. Not to be used in my opinion, don't send them any money!

Not to be used in my opinion, don't send them any money! only if I have already paid them 1400 I questioned them about there service and asked for a email describing what to expect from them as I had still not had it in writing and was threatened with legal action for the last payment of 700.
Chook
If you paid by credit card, you should contact the bank immediately and get the payments reversed. Sadly there are pirate companies operating within the migration industry that the MARA has no jurisdiction over. A complaint to them will have little or no effect. Get your money back and start again with a recommended registered agent.
