What was the selection criteria? Questions are usually based around those, so ... possibly, scenario's on practise, governance/QI, conflict resolution

How did your interview go? Did I see you got the job somewhere or have I dreamt that? What were questions like and where are you going to be working? Haha 3rd degree hey? Xx

Hi yes I have been informed I have the job once the form is received back from business manager, its at Fiona Stanley....was so relieved. The interview was over the telephone and was all based around the selection criteria that I had submitted with my application so nothing I hadn't already thought of.

I don't mind questions at all

technically, the manager shouldn't have helped you with the selection criteria if they were then on the panel as it would be a conflict of interest and someone if they found out could appeal against the process during the appeals period.

It was only a conversation about the selection criteria and how it needs to be formatted I had to put in the information..she said it was because a lot of uk midwives struggled with the format as it's not something we are used to!
