Not something I have had to consider as all my assets are in Australia now, but certainly something people might need to think about if they have left property being rented out. Hope you get some informative answers soon. Otherwise you might want to look at employing a solicitor/accountant who have interest and knowledge in that area. Let us know how you get on????
