NorthumbrianDavid 16 Report post Posted May 25, 2020 We had our one-way flights cancelled last month just as we were about to migrate to Perth and need to rebook at some point (sooner rather than later). Anyone else watching and waiting and hoping? Sent from my Redmi Note 7 using Tapatalk
verystormy 82 Report post Posted May 26, 2020 There are flight to Australia and have been all the way through. Though highly limited. You will also need to quarantine for 14 days on arrival, but PR holders are allowed in.

FOL 54 Report post Posted May 28, 2020 I can imagine it sucks. As Stormy suggested there are flights, but I would wait a bit longer, unless you have a job lined up or you have a very high demand/specific skill. Things are slowly picking up again (business wise) but there is still a lot of mess to be cleared with a lot of jobless people. As I said, things are picking up again, so you will be fine. It's just a matter of not rushing into it imho.
NorthumbrianDavid 16 Report post Posted June 2, 2020 Yeah we could have rearranged a flight and got in as PR, but I decided to hold on and let the jobs market pick up a little. Trying to relax a little and enjoy the weather in the UK! Sent from my Redmi Note 7 using Tapatalk
NorthumbrianDavid 16 Report post Posted June 2, 2020 Mind you 14 days quarantine on Rotto sounds tempting!Sent from my Redmi Note 7 using Tapatalk

Sent from my Redmi Note 7 using Tapatalk It was on the news that they're worried the Rottnest brand has been tarnished by being used for quarantine - hopefully there may be some cheap deals in the future, cheaper to holiday in Bali than Rotto. NorthumbrianDavid 16 Report post Posted June 4, 2020 A cheap deal sounds good Ali. I've only been there for a day trip and loved it. Would be great to spend a night or two Sent from my Redmi Note 7 using Tapatalk

Hi Ali, yep my Gili Islands trip had to be cancelled. It is now costing me at least double to go to Exmouth and I have to put up with my daughters for 17 hour drive!!!!! And no daily bed making!!!! Now we are officially in a recession it is good to support state businesses and economy though!

New Life Down Under 49 Report post Posted June 8, 2020 Yep, I think we are going to stop via Shark Bay and then maybe Kalbarri on way back! Even 8 hours is enough!
