Guest The Family Witts Report post Posted March 19, 2011 Hello there, A quick question on baby immunisations please. If all goes well, me and my family will be over in Perth on a 457 Visa in Autumn of this year. At this time our youngest daughter will be 9 months. Should we remain in the UK then she would be subject to Development Reviews and Immunisations as per the timings the NHS dictate. Our question is this: Will our personal Healthcare provider/Government/other notify us of when her forthcoming injections will be? Would we have to programme her injections and notify the healthcare provider to undertake them? Will she require her own health insurance (under the 457 obligations)? Apologies for the rambling nature of the question - the Healthcare systems and rules are still something which we need to investigate in much more detail. This one issue however causes us some concern as we want her to maintain her immunisations without complication. Thank you for any clarifications, Lee, Jenny, Matilda (4), Bonnie (3 months).
