Guest angelafm
We are waiting on my partner and sons PR to be finalised, i lived in Sydney for 4 years and at the moment we are in Scotland. Hopefully we will be in perth by March 2012. Looking to buy a property ASAP in the Quinns Rocks area for around 400k..can anyone advise on the area and the chances of getting a mortgage with minimal deposit ( we are renting our home here out, not a good time to sell!). Would really appreciate good advice:smile:
Guest sunnywa
Quinns Rocks is a great area, but there is a definite dividing line, some parts of Quinns are not so great!!! Old Quinns has bigger blocks and closer to the beach , its some of the newer parts of Quinns that can be a bit neglected. Quinns is a very undervalued beachside suburb, so in the long run it could be a good return on your investment.

Guest angelafm
Ive had a look on realestate.com and there seems to be alot of propertys for around 400. Perhaps i should wait to have a look when i get there, just trying to research the market and the area before we go. Goat. Why would getting a mortgage be difficult? im expecting they would want all my details and its no problem giving them my shoe size..its a 3. Thanks for all the help guys
