Georgiajoemillie Posted October 23, 2011 Report Share Posted October 23, 2011 hi guys, hiope someone out there can help us out. were looking at moving to perth next october - janurary , we have been looking at places in north , clarkson, butler etc. recently mandurah has caught our eye could anyone tell us anything good and bad about it. i'm a plumber so what is work like in that area we have 3 children 13 girl, 9 boy and 4 girl what are schools like, activities , things for kids etc shopping, lesiure etc. any thoughts on this would be greatly appreiated thank you for your time ian Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
jackboots Posted October 23, 2011 Report Share Posted October 23, 2011 Mandurah is lovely , i go there for my shopping lovely big shopping center and playing on the forseshore walking around the marina ... its great .. quite a way from Perth we have friends who live at Meadow spings which they love .. its really quite big place , in fact i'm off there tomorrow to the performing arts theatre to see a show .. we also use the cinema there , lots of restaurants etc Not sure about the schools as we live in Baldivis .. maybe worth popping a thread on www.pomsinoz.com sister site as well its a bit bigger so you may get some more advice .. I think you will find that in the end it all depends on you, basically if people dont like the place, they will generally move.
