Guest joe mcnally
Hi Guys, Never been on a chat room before, and you probably wont get me on this much. I used to look at this site myself when i first come over 6 years ago, but my wife was on it last week and said quite a few people were asking questions on what builder to use and where to build. I was a builder in the UK and have worked for a couple of builders here, working in the very upper end of the market, but a couple of months ago i decided to move to the more affordable end of the market, so i moved to company called Nuhomes. The company was only set up in May and really only to help first home buyers get a foothold on the property ladder and we specialize in House and Land Packages. Being part of the third biggest building company in WA, Nuhomes has a lot of leverage when it comes to securing blocks and the designs are well thought out and designed to be affordable. A coupe of people have said on some of these chat links to be aware of the hidden charges, they are right, make sure you know what you are getting with a package, whats included in specification and what has been allowed for site works, as a total House and Land Package should have already included these costs and a couple have also mentioned renting first before buying, again they are right, Perth is a huge place and unless you have been here before and done your home work, do not commit to anything, do a bit of research and then decide where you want to live, but this may really boil down to what`s affordable and what income you are on and again really you should not be talking about a package until you know what you can afford. Once you get here and you are working I can help arrange the finance for this. As i said i am not a chat room person, but if you would like an info pack on House and Land packages in Perth then drop me an email to joseph.mcnally@nuhomes.com.au Good luck with the move, it will bet the best decision you will have ever made.
