Hi

 

We used a local solicitor to verify our documents and she was excellent didnt charge that much for doing them

 

As you have to send duplicate copies of everything as well she was more than willing to keep signing them

You can also use a Justice of the Peace or a Magistrate. I know there are others who can sign but I can't find the list now - I'll keep seaching and will pass it on if I find it.

 

As Lorraine said, you need to get at least another complete set of the documents signed too - we had 3 sets signed so that we could keep a complete set ourselves just in case one lot went astray, the thought of getting everything together again if that had happened was a nightmare!!
