Guest Allgood Girl
Hiya everyone!! Me & my hubby Jay have been here a few years but i reckon you can never have too many friends, especially as we came from a huge close knit group back in Sunny Stevenage (hertfordshire). We now live in Currambine with our little girl but love socialising, doing family things or getting out for good nights out. Anyways been talking to a few different people on here & thought it would be great if we just all got together. That way everyone can have a chat. Kids (if you've got them) can have a play & out of that you may meet people you really click with! Was thinking SUNDAY 15TH JUNE around 1.30ish. I know the weather has been a bit unpredictable but for now i was thinking the park with the huge lake in ILUKA. I need to find out the exact road it is on but i'll confirm that nearer the time. I'll have to put a big sign up or something aswell so we can all find each other.............how funny!!!!!!! There are a few little undercover areas there & some barbies aswell. But everyone can just bring what they want really it will just be a casual thing. Hope everyone can make that day cos the more the merrier. Let me know what you all think Laura:p

Guest kent people
Hi Laura Unfortunatly we are a bit far away at the moment.. Err kent in the UK so just a mile or two but we are hoping to be with you soon However can we be really cheeky and ask if we rack your brains about where you are, as we are looking at Ocean reef high and primary school and looking at the Currambine/Ocean reef/Tapping/Joondalup areas to live so if we can ask you what you think of the area and school etc. And we promise to burn you a sausage or two on the barbee when we get there :0) Thanks Stu and Annie ps our kids are Robert 12 and Alice

Guest Bobcat
Well we might just take some sausages to throw on the barbie but other tan that we'll just take a few nibbly things......oh & alcohol!!!!! Hope your gathering goes well; the ones we had earlier in Kings Park were a blast. We can't make it unfortunately as my wife and i have to conduct several home opens at the weekend. Hope the weather holds out for you. Regards Johnno
Guest Allgood Girl
Well as everyone can quite obviously see the weather has decided to go crazy & give us rain!!! Not the best thing for a meet up in a park. My hubby & I are still gonna go along just on case anyone else is mad enough to show BUT if not then i will organise another time (and diff venue indoors!!) so we can all get to now each other then!! Such a shame Laura

Such a shame Laura It was like a cyclone earlier on in the morning here in Carramar; with non-stop torrential downpour and high velocity winds. Heaps of fallen tree branches i can see out on the driveway now. But, it seems to be easing off; the rain has all but stopped and the winds have dropped completely. You might just be able to sneak in some decent weather? Good luck. Regards Johnno
