jono007jono
I know it may seem a weird question but what is the dress code for working in an office in Perth? Is it as formal as some offices in the UK?
ali
I guess it depends on the office and how much they deal with the public for example, but I would imagine smart casual
phil
Yep, it'll depend on the employer, but it seems pretty much the same as the UK. Bear in mind the heat outside in the summer and the effect of sitting in hefty aircon.
Guest Stu
Generally the same as the UK, however most guys don't wear ties, and some women can look like they're about to hit the town!

Redrobbersdog
I would suggest you wear closed to start off with and then see how the others in the office dress. It is very casual. I work in an office which has minimum public contact so it's quite casual. It's nice to start off with but I must admit I have found myself reverting back to more formal office wear.
