Guest Dave & Gill
Hi, We received are 175 visa in 2008 and emigrated in 2009. Unfortunately due to the current climate and not being able to sell our house back here we had to return back to the UK. The issue is that our visa expires in June 2013 and i have read that you need to be in Australia for two years before your visa expires to be eligible for an extension. Is this correct and is there any way i can gain an extension. We are hoping to be able to head over to Perth late this year but again this will depend on our financial circumstances, house sale ect. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Dave & Gill

Guest Dave & Gill
thanks for the link. If you have to have lived in Australia for two of the five years on your visa does this mean we have missed are opportunity to emigrate? Dont know were to go from here. Any one got any other advise or we will be stuck in blighty as i am now 47 and might have missed are window. Thanks Dave & Gill
