Migrating to Perth on June 2012

G'day,

 

I am newly joint PP member and would like to get some advice from you for the suitable suburbs to stay.

 

I will be moving to Perth on June 2012 with my wife and will be working at Belmont. I'm looking for a peaceful suburb to stay as my job required me to FIFO every 2-3 months for the duration of 2-3 weeks. Therefore, would like to have a nice neighbourhood and peaceful life for my wife while I am away.

 

Wish List:

Conditions: Peaceful, nice neighbourhood, convenience

Suburbs: New and established

Distance from CBD: Less than 20km

Type: Detached/Villa/Duplex/Townhouse

Budget = AUD400-450/week.
