JaynBev
Riana, The rentals out here are very much a turn up to an open house, apply once you get that agents forms etc and go from there. Best bet would be use realestate.com.au & reiwa.com.au to find open houses for the 2 weeks once you are here & go get in there. Make up a file of info (visa, passport, job offer letters etc) to include with your application as it will all help. If you have a rental in the UK get a reference from your current landlord or else a mortgage statement showing you have met all the payment dates etc. Joondalup btw is a lovely place to live. Guest guest1337
Hi there, Joondalup does have some good features, however realistically it's the Absolutely furtherest you would want to live from the City. First rule of property is that you never buy outside the 15km distance circle from the city, unless there is a unique feature of the property which is in Hightower demand. Unfortunately Joondalup just becomes just like any other millions of suburbs around Perth - a sad fact that Perth is just simply to spread out. If you work in the city - don't bother. best regards, Andrews That's all well and good if you can afford to live within 15 Km of the city! Joondalup is Perth's second city anyway, and growing as is the Northern suburbs area generally! You can catch a train to the city from joondalup approx every 8 minutes at peak time, only take 20 minutes approx to reach the city as well. As you nor I have any knowledge where these people will work or may have family etc your comments are somewhat unfair, inaccurate, and uncalled for! In my opinion.
