Help with migration regs

Hello, am new to this as everyone says the first time!!

So my query/ies are these if anyone can enllighten me a little??

My Hubby is joining the Australian Navy (Subs so Western Oz based). He will be getting his job offer any day but we have a few queries??

I have looked on the migration and it is as clear as mud!! They cover family, gays couples and fiancee's but do not mention spouses. Will I get automatic entry with my husbands visa or do I have my own checks to have carried out?? If so what are they? Im just an average stay at home mum nothing exciting in my past!!

Also with the checks do they look into credit history?? Reason being in my husbands divorce the ex ran up all the bills about 18k's worth but as they were cards in his name and she had cards for the account "additional card holder" the judge told him tough and he would have to pay for them so with mounting debts and legal fees had to go bankrupt. Previously he had a unblemished credit history and since "discharged in 2008 no problems. Just wondering if this may cause a problem?

Also I had a few missed payments in my twenties on my credit history rather party than pay bills.... God how it can come back and haunt you!

Would love the info if anyone has any.

Many thanks

Credit history in the UK isn't an issue so no need to worry about that. You will be included on his visa as long he tells them about you. He will have heaps of forms to complete all of which will have a section to complete about spouse. Don't worry, it's all fine.
