If you were in the country on a substantive visa, then you'd apply for a bridging visa (presumably Bridging visa 'A') which would have the same work conditions as the substantive visa that you already hold. So if you were in Australia on a tourist visa when you applied for the last remaining relative visa, then your Bridging visa would have the same work conditions/restrictions as the tourist visa. An applicant who holds a Bridging visa A with work restrictions can be granted unlimited permission to work in certain circumstances – To be eligible, you need to demonstrate a ‘compelling need to work’, such as 'financial hardship'.
