Guest Ashill's
Try not to worry, we didnt sell our house until 2 days befor we left the UK, You probably going to rent when you get here so you could rent yours out in the UK. Once you get here its so laid back you will probably be wondering why you even worried. Good Luck. Di

Hi, We too live in a little town in Essex called South Woodham Ferrers, just outside of Chelmsford. We too have submitted our visas (via an agent) and our trying to sell our house, with the aim of moving to perth around the June 09 time. Fortunately we have had a few viewings and a few offers, but it did take a while!! How long has your house been on the market? Where do you live? My name is Michelle and I am 32yrs old, married with 2 small daughters. I am a nurse and my husband is a engineer for 'ford' motor company. Have you got a job set up for your arrival? Do you know anyone out there? Do you know what area you are planning on moving to? We went to Perth in may for a 'rekkie' trip and loved it. We stayed in the north of Perth and loved it, my husband is a big fan of all the 'new' houses. Infact he'd love to build a house. If I can help in any way, let me know. Also if you fancy chatting, I am on here most days.

Greg
Easy, don't sell. Bring just enough money with you to get going and see how you get along for a couple of years. Who knows, you may get more for your house then, and houses may be more affordable here? Thats what we, and a lot of other people have done, I am pleased we did.
