Is it easy to find rentals in Perth who allow dogs?

We have lodged our visas and god willing, we will one day soon move to Perth with our children and 2 dogs (english bulldog and staffordshire bull terrier) both a beautiful girls. Is finding a rental to accept dogs hard? they would have to be allowed in the house as they live as part of our family, thank you for any advicce.

There are less rentals that allow pets, some adverts will say 'no pets', some may stipulate that they have to be kept outside. If the advert doesn't say anything at all then it's always worth asking. You will probably be asked to pay a pet bond in addition to the rental bond, you may also be required to wash any carpets on vacating the property.

It is harder with dogs, but it can be done, individual owners will have their own conditions for pets, as Ali said some will specify they live outside (which in the Sunshine isn't so bad - ours sleeps outside at night undercover). We find it harder to place people with cats!
