Has anyone managed to secure a long term rental before they arrived in Perth?

Hey Guys,

 

Im wondering if anyone has had luck in securing a long term rental while still in the UK? I know its probably a tall order what with no jobs yet but I was just wondering if anyone had or if it is possible?

Hi there

 

very slim chance of that unless there's an online form you can fill out but you'd still have to sign forms etc. rentals here are a nightmare. As I'm sure your aware of. Rentals for under 650$ a week you can guarantee about 20 people will turn up as there's such a shortage. A holiday let is the best route then try and get the rental.
