Guest lyndsey
Where is a nice location to rent? Price less than 600pw. Irish couple with work secured (psych nurse and electrician). Looking for a quiet area with public transport nearby. Would be a bonus if walking distance to a beach!

I agree with fifi69 more info needed, also you will be lucky to rent something really nice near the beach for $600 a week in good areas as Prices are going through the roof at the mo, but no to say there isn't any just lots of people also looking. Sal
several properties in cottesloe under $600 a week - http://www.domain.com.au/Search/rent/State/WA/Area/Western-Suburbs/Region/Perth-Region/Suburb/Cottesloe/?ssubs=1&searchterm=cottesloe If there's only two of you and you're happy to have an apartment with one or two bedrooms then you should be able to get into some nice areas. Other's places to consider with a bit of life about them are Subiaco, Leederville, Mt Lawley, Claremont. How quiet do you want it to be - you can live in a new housing estate near the beach miles out of Perth north or south where you won't see a soul. Guest lyndsey
Thanks for the quick replies! I will be working with an agency so will be in a number of different hospitals all over Perth. My partner is going to buy a car so he will drive to work wherever we stay. A grocery shop within walking distance would be great. We don't mind if its a new or old property as long as its clean and comfortable. As there is only 2 of us a 1 bed apartment would suit if in the right area. I had a look on gumtree. What's the best site to view rental properties?
