I'm about to move to Perth and have a job offer of $80,000 plus overtime(25%) plus on call payments,super,company car,healthcare and its working for a large multinational. Is this considered an average/good wage in Perth? I am single too. A friend has told me to aim for $100,000 basic plus overtime,but not sure whether the employer will improve the offer that much. The job is working as a Service Engineer (repairing xray equipment in hospitals) working for a private organisation and working full time hours. I have 16 years experience within this field,and i am qualified to ONC Electrical Engineering.
